.We currently have an opportunity for casual Event Supervisor to join our amazing team.
As an Event Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, food-driven experiences across a diverse portfolio of events. Supporting the Events Manager, you will lead front-of-house operations with confidence, ensuring every event is executed with precision.
This is a hands‑on role for a passionate hospitality professional who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑end environments, with a strong focus on guest experience, attention to detail, and team leadership.
What you’ll do
* Lead and supervise front‑of‑house teams to deliver polished, professional, and engaging service
* Ensure the smooth and efficient running of events, from set‑up through to service and breakdown
* Act as a central point of contact during live events, maintaining clear communication across teams
* Support the delivery of bespoke food and drink experiences, ensuring presentation and timing meet high standards
* Support Events Manager to conduct team briefings, delegate tasks, and motivate staff to achieve consistently excellent results
* Maintain compliance with food safety and health & safety
* Anticipate guest needs and resolve any issues with a calm, solutions‑focused approach
* Work collaboratively with chefs, planners, and managers to ensure every detail is considered and delivered
* Uphold Heritage Portfolio standards, ensuring each event reflects a commitment to quality, creativity, and hospitality excellence
What you’ll bring
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in events, catering, or hospitality supervision
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams under pressure
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* A passion for food, drink, and exceptional service delivery
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive, hands‑on approach with strong attention to detail
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied event schedules
* Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards (training will be provided)
