STUDENT SUPERVISION & ADMINISTRATION at Notre Dame Catholic Sixth Form College
The College is seeking to appoint a well-qualified, high performing and enthusiastic individual to work effectively with the members of the College Support Team in the management and supervision of the Colleges open learning areas.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
* Provide the consistent day to day supervision of the open learning areas.
* Provide general administrative support across college.
* Support the college in maintaining a professional culture of high expectations in which all students feel safe, valued and motivated to succeed.
* Work flexibly as part of a team, assisting with any day-to-day duties required of the team as the need arises.
* Be an excellent role model for students at all times.
* Support excellence in teaching and learning at all times
* Work in a professional manner at all times in line with the school's policies.
* Support with exam invigilation and the Reprographics dept when directed.
Other requirements of the role:
* To have regard to the principles and values expressed in the College's Mission Statement.
* To demonstrate a commitment to promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young persons in line with College policy
* To have full regard for the College's Equality and Diversity and Health and Safety requirements
* Be aware of and adhere to all College policies and procedures.
* Support the Strategic aims and objectives of the College and be committed to its ethos and mission.
* The post holder will be expected to undertake any other duties that may be reasonably assigned by the principal.
