We’re now looking for a Property Service Desk Analyst—a customer-focused problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real difference.
Some of the key accountabilities:
1. Be the first point of contact for property-related queries
2. Triage, resolve, or escalate issues to minimise disruption
3. Manage third-party contractors and track job progress
4. Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement
5. Deliver a professional, efficient, and friendly helpdesk experience
You'll be based at our Head Office in Coventry. You’ll work within our Property team. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us hours a week.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
6. Experience in a helpdesk or customer-facing role
7. Strong IT skills (Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, Excel, Word)
8. Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
9. Confidence working with suppliers and internal teams
10. A proactive, caring attitude and a drive to improve
