In the role you will be responsible for assisting the Design Engineers in the production and coordination of outline and detailed Electrical Design Deliverables on combined Process / Mechanical / Electrical schemes in the water industry. You will:
Responsibilities
* Coordinate with Electrical Design Engineers and achieve hands‑on experience.
* Assist in ascertaining client requirements through reference to scope and specification documents.
* Support with the preparation of outline and detailed electrical design deliverables.
* Ensure design work is completed to agreed programmes, financial budgets and KPI's.
* We invite applications from graduates who are passionate about the industry and have achieved, or are on track to achieve a Bachelors or Masters degree in electrical engineering (or similar) prior to September 2026.

Qualifications
* A full UK driving licence (or currently learning; you will be expected to have obtained a Full UK Driving Licence by 7th September 2026).
* Eligibility to live and work in the UK without restriction.
* Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or similar) by September 2026, or currently pursuing.
* A collaborator: you work and communicate effectively with lots of different people at different levels, providing valuable input into key projects.
* A problem‑solver: you look at potential solutions from all angles, bringing ideas and solutions to the table.

Step 2: Applicants who pass an initial screening stage will be invited to complete a pre‑recorded video interview where you will be asked questions that allow you to showcase who you are; these will include self‑awareness, curiosity and innovation, and your ability to articulate yourself well.
