Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
3. Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and absence cases
4. Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
5. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
6. Support the development and implementation of HR policies
7. Contribute to employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
8. Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement activities
The Successful Applicant
About You:
9. Proven experience in a generalist HR role. If you have HR experience covering Europe that would be beneficial.
10. CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards
11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
12. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
13. Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office
