Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? We\re seeking Support Workers to provide care and stability to Looked After Children (LAC) aged 10-18 in unregulated placements across Norfolk.
Responsibilities
* Support children with day-to-day life skills.
* Provide a safe, nurturing environment.
* Work with social workers, schools & health teams.
* Respond to challenging behaviours with compassion.
What you need
* Experience with vulnerable young people (LAC or similar).
* Knowledge of safeguarding & trauma-informed care.
* Flexibility for evenings, weekends & sleep-ins.
* Driving licence & own vehicle.
Desirable
* Level 3 Diploma in Childcare or Health & Social Care.
* Previous work in unregulated settings.
* PMVA/MAPA or similar training.
