Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Compass Associates have partnered with a well-established and culturally sensitive care home provider based in Northwest London and is seeking a dynamic Registered Home Manager to join its team and take forward its commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
About the Home:
This modern, purpose-built care home provides nursing, dementia, respite, and end-of-life care to older adults, with a capacity of 48 residents, all accommodated in spacious en-suite bedrooms. Spread over three floors, each with dedicated staff teams, the home is designed to offer both comfort and continuity of care.
