Dexcom in Edinburgh is looking for an
HR Business Advisor North based in Edinburgh
The position is reporting into the HR Manager Region North
Main responsibilities:
1. Provide a professional HR service to our employees and managers in Edinburgh (on occasion to Camberley and Benelux employees)
2. Build strong customer focused and trusting relationships with managers and employees
3. Develop, communicate and maintain human resources policies and processes aligned to best practice and employment labour law. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees in applying these policies and procedures
4. Partner with our HR COE groups to execute plans on companywide programs and initiatives and support with talent acquisition, compensation and benefits processes as required
5. HR Systems: Ensure accuracy and integrity of data; database access control and manipulation of system to produce reports as required by HR and or the business
6. Payroll and Benefits: support of the monthly payroll and benefit administration for all employees including liaison with internal payroll team
7. HR Compliance & Audit
8. Build and support a positive employee engagement culture across the region and support business leaders with employee engagement activities
9. Involvement as required in key HR projects across EMEA
10. Ensure that all HR support to the business is provided in a compliant, high quality and timely manner.
Your Profile:

11. Degree level educated and/or equivalent work experience
12. Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience
13. Fluency in English and other European language (a plus) for both written and oral communication
14. Solid, up to date knowledge of HR operations, employment law, payroll, benefits for UK
15. Familiar with and working in adherence to Spanish specific legislative data privacy requirements and compliance
16. Proficiency with MS Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required
17. High level of proficiency with WorkdayStrong collaboration skills
18. Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively multi-task
19. Proactive and results-driven, can do attitude
20. Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
21. Ability to maintain the integrity of confidential information
22. Has experience of working in fast pace environment.
