Description:
Berry Recruitment are looking for a Personal Assistant to work for a local authority based in central Southampton on a 3 month contract (possible extension).
Working hours Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.00 with a hourly pay rate of £13.79.
Hybrid working is available which will be discussed with manager at interview.
Main Duties:
1. Provide PA support to senior management
2. Inbox and diary management
3. Taking correct notes at management meetings
4. Respond to queries by telephone, email or in person
5. Collation and preparation of presentation materials
Candidate Requirements:
6. PA experience is desirable
7. Administration experience is essential
8. IT skills - experience using Microsoft Office
9. Working within a team
10. Attention to detail
