This role will be responsible for providing comprehensive residential property quotes to prospective clients, ensuring they are fully informed about why thousands of people choose to use Howells when purchasing or selling their property every year, driving high conversion rates from initial interest to instruction.
What You'll Be Responsible For
* Take inbound calls from existing and potential clients, local introducers and brokers who are seeking residential property quotes.
* Make outbound calls to clients with outstanding quotes and follow up on potential 'warm' leads.
* Drive conversion of initial interest to instruction, in line with agreed targets.
* Maintain professional relationships with local introducers and brokers, via regular communication and updates.
* Assist clients in making informed decisions by providing accurate conveyancing quotes and service information.
* Action and respond to client / introducer email enquiries in a polite and professional manner.
* Consistently upsell and cross-sell Howells legal services, particularly to those clients who have instructed us to sell or purchase their property.
* Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Work collaboratively with other colleagues within other departments, including the department team leader.
* Keep records of trends and themes with reasons as to why certain clients do not choose to instruct Howells and communicate these with the team leader.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone / email etiquette when interacting with clients and introducers.
* Support with any other reasonable administrative tasks, as instructed by the team leader or Director.
What We're Looking For
* Experience with customer / client sales conversion and objection handling.
* Excellent people and customer service skills.
* Previous experience or knowledge in residential property or a similar field is desirable but not essential.
* Able to build a good rapport and relationship with clients over the telephone.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with strong typing skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Calm, resilient, and effective under pressure.
* Proactive in contacting clients via email and telephone.
* Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong team player with a collaborative approach.
