* Annual Salary: £26,000 - £36,000 plus uncapped bonus

Day-to-day of the role:
* Identify and develop new client and business relationships in the procurement sector.
* Grow your candidate pipeline and database to meet client needs across IP and CO postcodes.
* Manage and expand a procurement desk that previously billed £150k, with potential to reach £200k.
* Work collaboratively with team members to achieve and exceed targets.
* Utilise industry-leading training and development resources to advance your career.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in outbound sales or recruitment; sales experience from the shipping industry is highly desirable.
* Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Motivation to achieve sales targets and earn uncapped bonuses.
