The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will need to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the relevant SEND legislation and supervise a team in the delivery of effective and timely responses to EHC needs requests, assessments and annual reviews of EHC Plans. Good organisational, time management and leadership skills are essential along with strong working knowledge of IT systems such as Microsoft Office. The position has flexibility to offer working from home, however there is an expectation to attend The Portal in Ellesmere Port one day per week on a Tuesday. The role will require the ability to travel across the borough of Cheshire West and Chester to attend meetings.
