 
        Personal Assistant to the CEO Location: Central London | Salary: £50,000 bonus & benefits Full-time (37.5 hrs/week), Permanent | Start: ASAP (depending on notice period) A fantastic opportunity to support the dynamic CEO of one of the UK’s leading barristers’ chambers. You’ll play a vital role in managing her day-to-day activities and ensuring the smooth running of her schedule. This is a varied, fast-paced role ideal for someone organised, proactive, and confident liaising at senior levels. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Manage complex calendars and meeting logistics Organise UK and international travel Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) Oversee CEO’s social media accounts Process expenses and invoices Communication & Liaison Act as first point of contact for the CEO Manage inbox and screen calls Draft professional emails, reports, and documents Liaise with barristers, clients, and staff Coordinate internal events and business development activities Project & Team Support Lead and support ad hoc projects and research Provide general admin assistance across the wider team Participate in team meetings and contribute to chambers’ operations About You Strong interpersonal and communication skills Highly organised with attention to detail Able to multitask, prioritise, and remain calm under pressure Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team Discreet when handling confidential information Confident using MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent experience What We Offer £50,000 salary discretionary bonus 23 days’ holiday (increasing to 25) bank holidays and special leave days Excellent benefits: private medical, life insurance, GP service, season ticket loan, cycle scheme, pension (6% employer contribution), wellbeing events Modern offices with bike storage, showers, games room, and free breakfast Hybrid working (after probation), with core office presence About Us We are a leading barristers’ chambers with offices in London and Asia, With almost 200 barristers (55 KCs) and 50 staff, we specialise in a wide range of legal sectors, often handling high-profile cases.
