About the Role
Based at Blessed Robert Sutton Academy, Burton-On-Trent, DE15 9SD, you will work 20 hours a week, Mon-Fri, 6am-8am & 3pm-5pm, 44 weeks per year. Your role involves delivering high-quality cleaning services to keep client environments spotless, safe and welcoming.
Responsibilities
* Supervise cleaning operations across designated sites
* Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
* Support and cover cleaning staff during absences
* Respond to urgent cover needs across the region
Qualifications
* Great communication skills and experience in a similar cleaning setting
* A team player providing excellent service across the Vertas Group
* Ability to make the best decisions with Vertas in mind
* Ability to adapt and respond to change in a growing organization
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
* Valid UK Driving Licence
* Ability to adapt to changing schedules and locations
* Strong organizational and communication skills
