We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Commercial Administrator ready to step into a more technical and field-based role as a Trainee Property Inspector / Assistant Surveyor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in pre- and post-inspections who is looking to build a career in surveying and property inspection.
Ideal Candidate Profile
1. Background as a Commercial Administrator or similar role within property or construction
2. Demonstrable experience in pre- and post-inspection processes
3. Eager to develop a career as a Property Inspector / Surveyor
4. Working towards a relevant qualification (e.g. RICS, CIOB, or HNC/HND in Building Studies/Surveying)
5. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
6. Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
7. Full UK driving licence
