Highways Maintenance Operative

Hours: Permanent, Full-time, Monday to Friday, evenings/nights
Salary: £12.60 to £15.34 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications (weekly paid)
Responsibilities:
* Carrying out highway maintenance, winter maintenance, and emergency response duties.
* Operating plant and equipment safely and effectively.
* Promoting health and safety and ensuring procedural compliance.
* Liaising with team members and stakeholders to provide excellent customer service.
* Maintaining vehicles and equipment to ensure safety and readiness.
What are we looking for?
This role is suitable if you:
* Hold a valid full UK driving licence.
* Are trained in Lantra traffic management (12ab) and hold a basic Lantra VRS qualification.
* Have experience in health and safety operations and can work independently or as part of a team.
