The Role
As a Junior Technology Recruitment Consultant, you will:
* Source and attract top technology talent through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking.
* Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients, providing expert advice and recruitment solutions.
* Manage the full recruitment process, from screening candidates and arranging interviews to negotiating offers and closing deals.
* Develop a deep understanding of the technology industry, keeping up with market trends and hiring demands.
* Work towards targets and KPIs, with structured training and mentorship to ensure rapid career progression.
