Description
* Follow prescribed procedures to receive, check, record, store, issue and expedite all parts, materials, and equipment related to GFE
* Maintain GFE for all assets, ensuring updates are processed within the allotted timeframe set by the Customer.
* Liaise with Programme Management and Commercial to define GFE requirements
* Raise Discrepancy reports and quarantine assets if required
* Liaise with the MoD Project Teams and Originator of assets regarding all discrepancies
* Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding all/any aspects of GFE
* Process all incoming and outgoing paperwork & maintain the GFE filing systems & Records.
* Maintain GFE store, tracking all movements within.
* Coordinate with other departments to expedite urgently needed assets.
* Manage all annual stock takes and Storeroom inventory checks and support customer audits.
* Fulfil Quarterly D694 & Annual F32 Reports for the MoD, ensuring they are submitted by the required deadlines.
* Customer point of contact for GFE
* Perform all other position related duties as assigned
* Typically, a Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) in a related field and related experience.
* Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
