Responsibilities
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and pans.

* Keep kitchen equipment and utensils clean and in good working order.
* Help with the storage of food items, ensuring proper labelling and rotation.
* Support chefs during busy service periods by providing assistance where needed.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
* Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the kitchen management promptly.
Experience
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is desirable but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
* Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques is advantageous.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
