Partner | Commercial | London's West End An established and growing West End law firm is seeking a Commercial Partner to play a key role in the next phase of its expansion. With ambitious plans to significantly grow the firm in the next few years, this is a rare opportunity for a senior commercial lawyer to shape a practice, influence strategy and build long-term value within a collaborative, full-service environment. This role will appeal to a Partner (or senior lawyer ready for partnership) looking for greater autonomy, visibility and the opportunity to leave a genuine imprint on a firm's future direction. The Firm This well-established West End practice advises a diverse UK and international client base, including owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs, investors and high-net-worth individuals. The firm operates as a multi-disciplined platform, with strong complementary practices across Corporate, Real Estate, Dispute Resolution and Private Client, creating consistent cross-referral opportunities. The firm has clear ambitions to double in size over the coming years, with investment across all practice areas. Commercial work is viewed as a cornerstone of this strategy, and the firm is keen to appoint a senior hire who wants to help build, lead and grow the offering. The Role The firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Partner to strengthen and grow its Commercial practice in the West End. You will advise on a broad range of commercial matters, including commercial contracts, shareholder and joint venture arrangements, strategic advisory work, and general commercial support for businesses across a variety of sectors. There is significant scope to work closely with colleagues across the firm, leveraging existing client relationships and developing new ones. With all the support you need, you'll be kept client facing to ensure you can spend your time efficiently and effectively. This is a role with real strategic influence. You will have the autonomy to shape the direction of the Commercial practice, develop client relationships and contribute to firm-wide growth initiatives. For the right individual, there is also the opportunity to mentor and develop junior lawyers, helping to build a team around you as the practice expands.
