My Four Wheels is one of the most trusted and fastest-growing driving schools in the UK, with 200 driving instructors currently on the road and hundreds in our training programme. Due to COVID-related test centre backlogs, there is a record number of learner drivers needing instruction. Over the last 12 months, our driving instructors' hourly rates have increased by an average of £3 due to high demand. Additionally, over 70% of our instructors have waiting lists, some as long as 6 months. Now is an excellent time to become a driving instructor.
Are you interested in a career as a driving instructor? Do you possess good customer service skills? We have recruited individuals from various industries, including:
* Driving industry (HGV driver, delivery driver, van driver, LGV driver, bus driver)
* IT industry (IT support, cybersecurity, web design, engineering, web development)
* Education industry (teacher, teaching assistant, admin officer, personal assistant, lecturer)
Full training is provided, conducted locally as much as possible. Our pass rates are well above the industry average, and we offer a refund of all training fees when you work with us. To qualify as a driving instructor, you must:
* Have held a full UK driving licence (or approved foreign licence) for at least 2.5 years
* Not have been banned from driving in the last 4 years
