Join Our Team as a Senior/Supervising Social Worker!
Contract Type: 12-Month Fixed Term
Hours: 21 hours per week over 3 days
Salary: Up to £24,930.29 per annum (£41,550.49 FTE)
Location: Home-based, supporting Foster Parents across the East Midlands, primarily in Derby and Derbyshire, with some households in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.

Your Role:
As a Senior/Supervising Social Worker, you will be an integral part of our friendly and dynamic team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Recruiting, training, assessing, and supporting Foster Parents
* Ensuring high-quality placements for looked after children
* Collaborating with a wide range of agencies and professionals to enhance service delivery

Who You Are:
We are looking for someone who is:
* An enthusiastic and committed self-starter
* Skilled in assessment with strong written and verbal communication abilities
* Proficient in IT and capable of producing high-quality reports
* A qualified Social Worker with current HCPC registration
* Experienced in fostering and services for children (desirable, but less experienced candidates are welcome)
* Knowledgeable about relevant legislation, policies, and procedures in fostering and safeguarding
* Driven by a shared creative vision, whether you're new to fostering or an experienced supervising social worker
Working Conditions:
This is a part-time, home-based position with a competitive salary of up to £24,930.29 per annum (£41,550.49 FTE), depending on experience, along with a car allowance and excellent benefits.
