Aftersales Customer Service Manager
Salary £40K-£45K + £4,800 car allowance, 37.5 hours per week, pension, 25 days holiday
To manage aftersales service and spare parts supply for this machinery manufacturer. A customer service-based role, involves visiting customers, account management, and arranging service visits for engineers.
The role
A non-technical role providing high-level, proactive customer service for the supply of spare parts and service & maintenance visits.
Typically office based with occasional customer visits
Customer relationship and account management, proactively maintaining relationships with customers
Visiting customers post sale of machinery solutions
Quotes & followup
Ensuring spare parts are delivered on time
Working with Head of Engineering to enure service visits are scheduled timely.
Flexible hours 0800 or 0830 start, 1600 or 1630 finish, early finish Friday. 1 day per week from home.

Requirements
A background in aftersales service / spare parts in an engineering or machinery company, ideally.
Customer service and account management experience
Full driving licence and willingness to travel to customers as required
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Likely to have experience as; aftersales manager, service manager, service supervisor, service coordinator, customer service manager, spares manager, account manager or similar
