Multi-Skilled PPM Engineer - Mon-Fri Days - £48,000-£50,000 + Package We're looking for a proactive and hands-on Multi-Skilled PPM Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this key role, you'll ensure the reliable and efficient operation of all production equipment, supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults to minimise production downtime. - Carry out and optimise Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities. - Investigate root causes of failures and implement long-term corrective actions. - Maintain accurate records using CMMS and support stock control. - Assist with installation and commissioning of new machinery. - Identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and sustainability. - Work closely with production teams to deliver engineering solutions while ensuring compliance with health & safety standards, including PUWER and LOLER.
