Job Description:
Driver Hire Burton is urgently seeking a reliable and professional Class 1 (Cat C+E) Driver for a full-time, permanent role on a temp-to-perm basis.
You’ll be working on a Class 1 curtainsider, delivering aluminium products. Loads are forklifted on and off, but there may be some handball involved. Full training will be provided.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term work with a well-established business.
This position is about 30 minutes driving distance from our Burton-on-Trent office.
Pay and hours:
* Starting at £15.50 per hour + holidays
* 17.37£ per hour inclusive of holidays
* Early start times, between 05:00-06:00
Job Requirements:
* HGV Class 1 (C+E) licencewith minimum 2 years experience
* Valid CPC card and Digital Tacho card
* Good geographical knowledge
* Ability to be adaptable and flexible with start & finish times
