Youll play a key part in driving performance, maintaining brand standards, and supporting occasional visits to nearby local sites, so a full UK driving licence is essential.

Key Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service during busy periods
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of up to 40 staff
Drive team performance to meet KPIs and profitability targets
Recruit, train, and inspire team members to deliver great results
Ensure top standards of hygiene, food safety, and operational compliance
Manage stock control, ordering, and cost efficiency
Occasionally travel to support nearby sites
Requirements 13 years management experience in hospitality, casual dining, or fast-food
Current Assistant Managers ready for progression encouraged to apply
Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
Commercially focused with a proactive, hands-on approach
Must hold a full UK driving licence
Based within commutable distance of Kempston
Advantageous but not essential: familiarity with Indian street food
