Hartmann Young are working on a confidential search with an innovative UK-based Life Sciences start-up poised for rapid growth across Europe. This dynamic company is now looking to appoint a Business Development Lead to drive new business and strategic partnerships across European markets.
Responsibilities:
* Generate qualified leads and develop new commercial partnerships across Europe
* Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline
* Represent the company at relevant industry events and meetings
* Build and nurture relationships with professionals in pharma, biotech and biopharma companies
* Collaborate cross-functionally to refine our positioning and offerings
* Leverage CRM tools for structured outreach and follow-up
Preferred Experience:
* MSc of PhD in Life Sciences
* 2-3 years industry experience
* Ability to navigate and utilise CRM systems
* Willingness to travel (Up to 50%)
* Knowledge within the drug discovery space
* Able to work cross-functionally with technical specialists
* Proven presentation, teamwork and communication skills
