General Manager : Indoor entertainment venue
Salary: A GBP 40,000 +

Role
* Drive the recruitment, training, and development of staff
* Deliver exceptional customer service at all times to customers and staff
* Manage the development and implementation of marketing plans
* Drive planned and outreach activities
* Develop the corporate business portfolio
* Responsible for the overall operational running of the site
* Drive secondary spend on F&B and retail
* Maintain full financial accountability
About You
* At least 3 years of management experience, ideally within the Leisure Industry
* The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Enthusiastic and proactive
* Team player with leadership qualities
* The ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team to drive results
* A goal-focused approach with excellent communication and customer service skills
* IT skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Strong interpersonal skills
