Pension Transfers Manager - Life and Pensions
Contract: This role can be available on a permanent and day rate contract basis
Location: Newcastle with hybrid working (this can be discussed if you are not a local candidate)
As the Pension Transfers Manager, you’ll oversee the end-to-end transfer process across pensions, ISAs and GIAs - ensuring accuracy, compliance, and outstanding service delivery. You’ll lead a team of specialists, manage performance, drive process improvements, and act as subject matter expert for systems such as Origo and Equisoft.
Key Focus Areas
* Lead and develop a high-performing pension transfers team.
* Oversee in-specie and cash transfers, ensuring SLAs and regulatory standards are met.
* Implement process improvements and manage risk controls.
* Act as the operational SME on platform transfer processes.
* Collaborate across departments to enhance customer outcomes.
