We're looking for an experienced Senior Product/UX Designer to join our Reviews & Core squad at Trustpilot. This is a high-visibility time for the squad, which is responsible for some of the most business-critical experiences in the Trustpilot ecosystem, including the review inbox, invitations, settings, and much more. We are seeking an established senior individual who can navigate complex initiatives around improving conversion rates and review invitation performance. This person will combine strong hands-on craft with the ability to shape both core customer experiences and future workflows. What you'll be doing: Lead the design strategy and execution for complex, high-impact features, taking full ownership from initial problem framing through to delivery. Design and optimise user experiences, leveraging AI-powered features for tools like inboxes and communication experiences to help businesses manage their reviews efficiently. Create well-crafted design proposals that communicate rationale, align stakeholders, and help to clarify scope. Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers, using your influence to shape product strategy and execution. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and ensure user needs are at the forefront of every solution. Drive contributions to our design system, building scalable patterns and robust documentation that empower the entire team. Champion design as a discipline rooted in clarity and intent, ensuring our product experiences are not just functional but grounded in enduring design principles. Articulate the value of great design and its connection to measurable business goals, influencing stakeholders at every level. Who you are: Extensive experience designing within a SaaS product environment, with a deep understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities. Proven experience designing for high-traffic B2B communication surfaces, such as inboxes, and optimising complex user flows within them. A robust foundation in design principles and theory, with the ability to articulate and apply ideology, intent, and intervention to guide decision-making and raise design as a discipline across the organisation. Evidence of owning and delivering end-to-end design work that has delivered a measurable business impact and shaped product direction. Skilled in both communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders. Extensive experience actively contributing to and evolving robust design systems within complex engineering environments, establishing principles that guide your design decisions. Proficiency with Figma and other industry-standard design and prototyping tools, familiarity with front-end implementation practices, comprehensive knowledge of accessibility compliance, and significant experience collaborating with engineers in Agile workflows.
