Solicitor - Real Estate - Bristol - 1-2 PQE
Location: Bristol
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with hybrid flexibility)
Salary: £72,000 to £85,000 (depending on PQE and experience)
A highly respected national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor 1-2 PQE to join its award‑winning Real Estate team in Bristol. The Role
You will be responsible for advising and supporting a wide range of clients on commercial real estate matters, including:
* Transactional and advisory real estate work
* Acquisitions, disposals, and asset management
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Supporting major development and built environment projects
* Liaising with clients, agents, and internal teams
* Contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture
* Maintaining high professional standards and compliance
Candidate Requirements
* NQ+ PQE (1+ PQE preferred) in Real Estate
* Strong technical and drafting skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Confidence managing matters with appropriate supervision
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
* SRA or Law Society of Scotland registration
