* Support the club in achieving sales and retention KPI targets.
* Handle member complaints professionally and inform the relevant manager.

Need to be:
* Outgoing, positive personality
* Competent in administrative duties
* Driven, ambitious, eager to learn and develop
* Willing to participate in learning and development opportunities
* Able to perform operational key holder duties as required
* Passionate about fitness, administration, and customer service
* Flexible to work shifts that suit the business needs, including weekends and bank holidays
* Target-focused to support sales and retention goals
