We are seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to support within a nurture-based setting in a primary school.
About the role:
You will work with pupils who require additional emotional and pastoral support to access learning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs
* Support emotional regulation and behaviour strategies
* Help pupils re-engage with learning
* Build strong, consistent relationships
* Work closely with pastoral and teaching staff
Requirements:

* Strong interpersonal skills
* Interest in SEMH and behaviour support
