We are seeking a Head of Social Media Marketing to help us grow our community through high quality marketing and social media management at the Step Up Network CIC, a network for new and aspiring leaders in education.

Person Specification
* Is experienced in marketing and/or social media management.
* Is a good communicator.
* Is a self-starter.
* Can work remotely.
* Experience of managing virtual events (desirable).
* Good organisational and interpersonal skills.
* Has a good level of written English.
* Good sense of humour.
* Has access to a computer and a good internet connection.
* Aligns to the values and mission of Step Up.
Role Purpose
* To provide effective management of social media.
* To strategically lead on marketing and public relations strategy development.
Duties, Tasks And Responsibilities
* Manage the scheduling, posting and monitoring of our three social media platforms.
* Continually monitor and be accountable for our social media analytics, reporting regularly to our strategy and information team.
* Develop the diversification of our marketing strategy, ensuring all marketing is in line with our brand guidelines.
