With continued growth and major contract wins, we’re looking for a Finance Business Partner to play a critical role in shaping performance and supporting decision‑making across the business.

What you’ll be doing
* Partner with Divisional Operating Directors to support, challenge, and improve financial and operational performance
* Take ownership of P&L insight, ensuring strong cost control and accurate revenue recognition
* Deliver clear, forward‑looking reporting — weekly and monthly — highlighting risks, opportunities, and performance trends
* Produce insightful variance analysis, translating numbers into actions
* Develop and track operational KPIs and drivers to support proactive decision‑making
* Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, providing robust challenge and commercial insight
* Conduct deep‑dive analysis into key issues, risks, and performance gaps
* Drive improvements in financial reporting, controls, and governance
* Build strong, credible relationships across the business — becoming a trusted advisor, not just a reporter of numbers
Requirements
About you
* Fully qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA), part‑qualified or qualified by experience also considered
* Experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, or a strong finance analyst background
* A forward‑thinking mindset — focused on insight, improvement, and influencing outcomes (not just reporting)
* Proven ability to support or influence P&L performance in a commercial environment
* Strong analytical capability with experience in financial modelling and forecasting
* Confident challenging and influencing stakeholders at different levels
* Excellent relationship‑building skills — this role is as much about how you work with people as what you produce
* Highly organised and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
