Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic and inclusive Head of HR to lead our people strategy across our Retail division. You will partner with the CEO of Workplace and the leadership team to develop, implement, and embed a people strategy supporting the business vision and objectives. Working closely with the HRD Retail, Retail Exec, and Retail HR team, you will develop and deliver strategies that enable our business goals.


What you'll be doing:

1. Partnering with senior leadership, providing proactive support and challenge on all aspects of people and organizational development that contribute to strategic goals.
2. Understanding the business across Retail and Workplace—culturally, commercially, and strategically—to improve employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, talent and succession planning, L&D, performance management, and resource planning.
3. Shaping and embedding the company culture in line with organizational purpose, values, and behaviors, ensuring they resonate across all teams and individuals.
4. Attracting, developing, and retaining top talent; building workforce plans considering resource, structure, and capability needs to support growth.
5. Leading the annual cycle of people activities, including pay reviews, performance calibration, and employee surveys, with oversight across Retail.
6. Deputizing for the HRD when appropriate.


Qualifications - Who we're looking for:

* Proven senior HR leadership experience within complex organizations.
* Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
* Expertise in organizational design, talent management, and culture change.
* Strategic thinking with analytical and conceptual skills.
* Practical knowledge of project management and HR data analysis.
* Passion for people development and current HR best practices.
* Ability to support diverse teams and navigate business challenges.
