Due to continuous growth, Linney Display is offering an exciting opportunity for a Cardboard Engineer to join our award-winning team. The ideal candidate may come from a cardboard engineering, packaging, structural design, or product design background.
We seek a problem solver who enjoys challenges and works well within a diverse team to take highly creative concepts through to final products or displays.

Candidates should have experience with engineering software such as Artios CAD, AutoCAD, Kasemake, Impact, or similar. Our approach balances creativity and practicality to develop displays that are innovative, eye-catching, cost-effective, and compliant with brand and retailer guidelines. Collaboration is central to our culture, and you will work alongside a diverse team of 3D designers, graphic designers, engineers, and project managers.
As a Cardboard/Structural Designer, your responsibilities include:
* Generating award-winning cardboard engineering cutter guides.
* Understanding manufacturing processes and developing efficiencies through value engineering.
* Conducting weight testing and experimenting with new structures, prototypes, and materials.
* Communicating effectively with designers and sales teams to ensure designs meet client specifications and retail guidelines.
* Handling a range of briefs from simple shelf trays to complex free-standing displays and event sites.
* Thriving in a fast-paced studio environment and adapting quickly to changing priorities.
* Challenging conventions and pushing creative boundaries.
