We’re looking for a Temporary Transition Co-ordinator to support students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) as they move into further education. This role is key in ensuring smooth, successful transitions and involves working closely with internal teams, schools, parents, and local authorities. 🔔 Please note: The successful candidate will ideally hold a DBS on the Update Service. If not, they will be subject to a DBS check prior to starting.
