Job Description
3. Lead and manage multiple audit engagements across various industries.
4. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting and auditing standards.
5. Portfolio of £400k + mixture of OMB, Charities, NFP, Solicitors plus Large Commercial clients
6. Review and prepare detailed audit reports with actionable insights.
7. Supervise and mentor junior team members in their professional development.
8. Communicate effectively with clients, addressing queries and providing advice.
9. Collaborate with internal teams to improve audit processes and efficiency.
10. Identify and address risks to ensure client objectives are met effectively.
11. Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Audit Manager should have:
12. Professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
13. Strong experience in audit processes within the accounting and finance field.
14. Proficiency in audit software and relevant IT systems.
15. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
16. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
17. Experience in managing and leading teams effectively.
18. Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written.
