Your new role
As a Customer Service Advisor, your key responsibilities will include monitoring and maintaining relevant systems, ensuring compliance with SLA's and statutory obligations, maintaining effective communication with both internal and external customers, executing administrative tasks within Company Guidelines and relevant legislation. You will be optimising work schedules through relevant systems and supporting the achievement of strategic objectives. What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need to have relevant and recent customer service experience. You must be a self-motivated individual who is able to prioritise your workload. You will be based in a high-performing, agile, and flexible team. You will contribute to delivering an excellent service. Your role involves supporting critical functions including financial tracking, financial governance, operational support, and process enhancement. You must be able to work full time on site during training, but then commit to 2 days on site thereafter.
What you'll get in return
You will receive an hourly rate of £12-£13 per hour, paid weekly and accrue holiday pay. You will work 2 days a week on site with 5 days on-site training in the first week. This is a 6-month contract.What you need to do now
