Create an inclusive, engaging and supportive classroom environment in collaboration with support staff and wider school teams. Assess, monitor and track pupil progress, providing clear feedback to the SENCO and relevant teaching staff. Promote independence, communication and social interaction, supporting pupils to develop key life and learning skills.
