Are you a high-performing Account Executive looking for an unfair advantage when it comes to finding new clients, growing your portfolio and your earnings with it?

You'll be part of a brokerage embedded within a much wider group that serves over, UK businesses - giving you unrivalled access to warm leads, powerful referral networks.
You will inherit a book of business and targeted with cross selling other lines of business.
What You'll Do:
1. Manage and grow an existing book of commercial insurance clients
2. Retain and cross-sell, driving an average of 2+ policies per client
3. Win new business through warm internal referrals, pre-set appointments, and your own network
4. Deliver against key metrics: income growth, >90% retention, and new-to-enterprise wins

6. Internal referrals from other divisions working with mutual clients
