We are inviting applications for the role of Sales Director - Assistant Vice President - English. In this role, you will be responsible for growing our business by pursuing new clients and managing the entire pursuit process from lead generation to contract signature.
Responsibilities
1. Deal Origination: Responsible for expanding our business with new clients across various industries.
2. Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape. Use insights to shape business development strategies.
3. Pipeline Management: Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities aligned with the organization's strategic focus.
4. Proposal Development: Collaborate with Business Units, Data-Tech-AI functions, and Commercial/Pricing teams to craft compelling proposals that communicate the value of our services.
5. Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements and close deals timely, meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
6. Sales Management: Keep accurate records of all business development activities and provide regular reports to senior management.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications/Skills
* Based in the US, UK, or EU, and open to relocating to these regions.
* Experience in client-facing engagements, building relationships with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
* Understanding of the services landscape focused on Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, or Financial Services, including market trends and client needs.
* Proficiency with technology tools, platforms, systems, and understanding of AI concepts and applications relevant to your industry.
* Willingness to travel for meetings and sales activities.
* For Europe-based candidates, proficiency in one or more regional languages (German, Dutch, Swedish, Italian, French).
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
* Previous experience in sales and/or consulting at Genpact or similar organizations.
* Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and digital sales tools.
