Job Purpose and Overview In this role you will be responsible for generating and growing a varied client base through proactive client contact and follow up support. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and build lasting relationships ensuring our commitment to excellent client care and supporting them with their lifetime needs. Training will be provided to the right candidate. This role will be based across both Low Street & Regent Street offices and may involve some early evening working due to the nature of the role and option to contact clients outside of their daily commitments. Key tasks and Accountabilities Working with the team to manage client calls and provide an excellent client experience Carrying out follow up calls with potential new clients with the intention of securing the work Contacting referrals and scheduling appointments for potential clients Following up with existing clients to schedule an appointment for their review: can we provide additional services; so we have all their up-to-date information Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate and timely client information Generation of new opportunities and conversion of leads Person Specification Excellent telephone skills with a friendly and approachable manner, keen to generate an excellent first impression Confident in generating conversations through questioning to establish client needs Experience in a role that involves a combination of administrative tasks and telephone client contact Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Strong organisational and administrative skills, able to set own priorities for the day ahead Good time management skills to ensure deadlines and turnaround times are achieved Good written and verbal communication skills Good attention to detail with a methodical approach to administrative tasks, enjoys analysing data records Team player who sees helping others as a fundamental part of the role Good IT skills in order to enable the postholder to quickly learn our CRM and Case Management Systems Able to work on own initiative A willingness to learn and develop to do their job to the best of their ability What we offer you A Flexible working environment All employees are currently able to opt to work one day a week from home (pro rata for part time staff).
