The Role: You will: Plan and deliver tailored, engaging lessons to meet the diverse needs of pupils with complex learning needs. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including support staff, therapists, and families. Use a range of strategies to support communication, emotional regulation, and progress across the curriculum.
