Responsibilities:
* Responsible for tasks throughout the end-to-end payroll processing cycle, involving activities such as data entry, payroll & incentive calculation and payroll reporting.
* Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law.
* Administration document handling. (MPF, Leave records, taxation etc.)
* Handle employees’ HR related enquiries.
* Final Settlement Calculation.
Job Description:
* Higher Diploma holder in Business Administration or related discipline with 2-year relevant experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential
* Knowledge in HK Employment and other employment related ordinances would be an advantage
* Resourceful, independent with strong problem-solving, multi-tasking and organizational abilities
* Excellent written and communication skills
* Immediate available is preferred
