We are looking to recruit talented, passionate & motivated individuals to join the Housekeeping team at the prestigious 4 star Clifton Arms Hotel, Lytham.
Working in the housekeeping department you will ensure that the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service are achieved.
Working relationships:
Reports directly to the Housekeeping Manager.
Co-ordinate and liaise with the Housekeeping Manager in all aspects of housekeeping operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
You must understand the customer service standards expected and receive the necessary training and support to guarantee these are consistently achieved.
You must place a high value on cooperation and teamwork within the department and the hotel as a whole.
You must take responsibility for your own personal development to ensure that you have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform your role effectively.
You must ensure that the current service standards are consistently met in accordance with the Standards of Excellence for Housekeeping and the shift procedures in place.
Be responsible for the safekeeping of lost and found property
Achieve a score of 90% in the daily random 'spot checks' to ensure the standards of cleanliness are maintained.
Maintain the cleanliness of the public areas particularly staircases and corridors.
Ensure that all linen duties are adhered to on a daily basis
Conduct yourself in a way and to a standard that demonstrates the highest levels of integrity, service standards and cleanliness, thereby acting as an exemplary role model throughout the department and the hotel.
Ensure that the arrival, stay and check out of guests are dealt with in a manner to provide the best quality of customer experience.
Working 5 days over 7 to a flexible schedule (approx 32 hours a week) we are looking part-time staff (days only) who are organised & hardworking.
