What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring new and evolving tech services launch smoothly into live operations:
* Act as the bridge between delivery teams and service operations, ensuring seamless handovers
* Drive service readiness, ensuring everything is set for successful go‑live
* Assess and manage Operational Acceptance Criteria (OACs)
* Identify and mitigate risks to protect service quality
* Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Supplier teams to ensure alignment
* Support workshops, go/no-go decisions, and transition governance
* Create and maintain clear, high‑quality service documentation
* Design service models across incident, change, and request processes
What you’ll bring
* Experience in IT Service Management / Service Transition / Readiness
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to prioritise in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment
* Confidence working with complex supplier ecosystems
* A proactive mindset and comfort working with ambiguity and change
