You should possess good communication skills, and a general understanding of supply chain procedures, coupled with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
In short, the role of the Loading/Unloading person is to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time to maintain customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate with warehousing and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery
* Work within a hardworking team to load and unload containers
* Be adaptable in duties to suit business requirements
* Update and maintain accurate records of orders of work completed
* Comply with company policies and regulations
* Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
* Managing returns and exchanges if needed, ensuring they are handled efficiently

* Checkable work experience in a warehouse environment
