About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support to two young children with language and communication difficulties. You will be working with a child in Year 1 and a child in Reception, helping them to thrive in their learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored 1:1 support to children with language and communication difficulties.
* Implement strategies to enhance language development and communication skills.
* Foster a calm and nurturing learning environment.
* Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure the best outcomes for the children.
* Monitor and record the children's progress and adapt support as needed.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience supporting children on a 1:1 basis, particularly those with language and communication difficulties.
2. A nurturing and calm approach to working with young children.
3. Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, on a long-term basis.
